Momentum Realty is looking for a creative and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team in Langley. As a core member of the team, you’ll be responsible for marketing initiatives for our company and exciting real estate projects throughout the Fraser Valley and Okanagan.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with other marketing team members to support Momentum’s Corporate Divisions and Real Estate Project Marketing initiatives, as outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee content strategy and creation for our website, blogs, and social media, and engage with online communities.
  • Contribute to paid digital ad development, including copywriting and visuals.
  • Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with graphic design for various marketing materials.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials inventory.
  • Provide project management support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Collect and compile marketing and sales data for reporting.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials, including template and merchandise development.
  • Collaborate on strategic partnerships and events to enhance Momentum’s brand awareness.
  • Participate with the rest of the Momentum team on internal and external events, staff outings, and other initiatives to continue to foster our engaging and positive work environment.

ABOUT YOU  

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience; experience in the real estate industry and/or an agency environment would be considered an asset.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, copywriting and photography/videography.
  • Collaborative, creative, flexible, and a team player.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage competing deadlines and workflows.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Photography and/or videography experience would be considered an asset.
  • WordPress, HTML and/or CSS would be considered an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Interested in real estate and a desire to grow and thrive with the company.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (commensurate with education, experience and skillset).
  • Paid vacation time.
  • Full-time position in-office.
