Justine began her real estate career while completing her undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University, having obtained her Real Estate License in 2012. Over the course of over 14 years of experience, she has become an expert in new construction sales, helping homeowners easily navigate through the (often overwhelming) home buying process. She has also been a trusted resource for Developers and Sellers, offering insight and expertise and contributing to successful sales programs for new communities and hundreds of homes. Always pushing sales goals, Justine is driven and ambitious. She values honesty and integrity and puts this at the forefront of her business, which then allows her to connect with people, and make them feel comfortable and confident.

Born and raised in B.C., Justine has strong roots within the community. When not browsing home design and renovation inspo online, her husband and she can be found enjoying a busy, family-focused social life. Spending time with their kids at the soccer field, participating in school events, or planning a fun weekend together at the family cabin are just a few items on the Wells family’s to-do list.
